While every user will continue to benefit from the free support they love, we’re excited to announce the addition of two new tiers of support for those customers who need even faster responses from our team: 

 

Standard plan – $100/month

Great for obtaining a fast response to urgent issues.

 

Service level objective (SLO) of 2 hours

 

Support Channel: Email

 

Dedicated team of support agents

 

Premium plan – $1,000/month

Great for getting near real-time help for scaling businesses.

 

Service level objective (SLO) of 30 minutes

 

Support Channels: Email, Chat + Google Hangouts

 

Dedicated team of support agents

 

Technical Resources: Customer Success Manager + Technical Account Manager
