How to use multiple keywords in yoast?

Partner websites:

If you want to rank high with the pages of your website you need to create awesome content, that much is clear. But at one point you might start feeling you’ve written about keyword X and its synonyms a thousand times.

Doing this might also get Google confused. If you have 7 articles on topic X on your site, which one should they rank for the query you’re aiming for? Of course, the article can have a very different angle or might be written for a specific search intent. But in other cases, it'd be wiser to just write a complete, helpful article on a topic!

Use the Premium SEO analysis to your benefit! You don’t need to focus on one small part of the story or repeat yourself, but you can focus on multiple keywords in one article.

For instance, instead of writing 5 articles about [concentration issues at work], you can write one article and also optimize it for:
  • synonym, eg. [loss of focus at the office]
  • related keyphrases such as [distractions at work] [improve focus] [healthy work habits]
This will leave you with some true, high-quality content! Want to learn more about optimizing your focus keyphrase to its fullest extent? Learn all about it in the Yoast SEO course!

In the end, this will:
⏰ Save you time;

Prevent duplicate content issues or keyword cannibalization;
✍️
And even help Google understand what your content is about!
